Weave turns your speech into organized notes. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Your notes belong to you; we claim no rights over their content.
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not use Weave to break the law, to record people where recording them is unlawful, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans bill monthly through Google Play and renew until you cancel in the Play Store. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund past ones, except where the law requires. Free-tier limits and plan allowances may change with notice.
When you connect Weave to your own transcription or AI server, that server and its output are your responsibility. AI rewrites can be wrong; the original transcript is always kept.
Weave is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Luminest LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Weave and delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice; if we do, Online Mode data remains exportable during the notice period.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
